Visit Clun
Clun is a village situated within the boundaries of the Shropshire Hills Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty, itself in south-west Shropshire (west-central England).
Best known for the substantial ruins of Clun Castle that stand above the town, Clun itself is focussed around a market square and a picturesque stone bridge, dating from the 15th century, across the River Clun. A wooden footbridge also crosses the river giving access to the castle.
Other points of interest in Clun include the Church of Saint George and the traditional almshouses (found on Hospital Lane and dating from the early 17th century).
